All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Destinations

Lucypaco ships to customers worldwide. Shipping availability and applicable rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's tracking portal.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@lucypaco.com. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging or items.

We will investigate promptly and work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
